"I'm rustic!" - Trash the Dress

After the session with her family, my friend Melissa wanted to get some photos trashing her wedding dress. The water was freezing, but she assured us that she was a rustic nature girl! This was so much fun!

Hayley, Natalie & John Richard

I met these precious babies in Montgomery Bell for an afternoon of nothing but laughter. Hayley and Natalie have so much personality and are absolutely hilarious! Thank you guys for such a fun afternoon!

Toe Touches! - Family Photography

I photographed little Carter and his awesome parents when he was just 6 months old, and now is he 1! His mother, Melissa, is my best friend, and was my matron of honor in my wedding. She and Mark are two of the most fun, loving and supportive people. Carter is so lucky to have these qualities in his parents. Together, they are the sweetest, happiest little family, and are so much fun to be around. They just exude such joy. I love you guys so much! Thanks for this session! It was a BLAST!
(P.S. The title of this blog post refers to a hilarious video clip that Mel took of Carter on their way to the photo session. He was pulling his feet up in his car seat, and when Mel asked, "Are you doing toe touches?", Carter (a boy of few words at this point, obviously) replied, "Toe touches!" The video should go viral in no time... haha!)

Matt, Amber and Chloe - Family Photography

I have known this beautiful family for almost a decade now. Amber is my best friend's sister, and I remember Chloe when she was just a toddler. She was SUCH an adorable baby, and has grown up to be a gorgeous young lady, just like her momma! We had so much fun! Thank you so much for letting me capture these for you!

Emma, Tate and Poppy

What a joy these kids are! These 3 are so precious and VERY cooperative (or maybe it was the dessert bribe, haha). Thank you for letting me spend an afternoon with your lovely family! I enjoyed meeting you guys so much!

Keeping Up with the Joneses - Family Photography

I photographed little Braxton when he turned a year old, and all we had to do the entire session was sit him wherever we wanted him. Now, he is 18 months and VERY mobile! We spent a beautiful spring afternoon in Murfreesboro just trying to keep up with Braxton! He is such an animated and sweet little boy! It's been so much fun watching him grow.
